  • Conducting feasibility studies, building and monitoring budgets, and developing financial forecasts.

  • Establishing and managing quick service restaurant (QSR) chains, including developing operational manuals based on global standards covering: menu engineering, pricing strategies, procurement and supplier management, cost and inventory control, concept development, feasibility studies, and brand identity building.
